Reporting · Multi-bank

One coherent view, across every bank and jurisdiction.

Several banks see several parts of the picture. None sees the whole. Independent consolidation gives the family one view, comparable across periods and across institutions.

Our approach

How we work with families on this.

Independent, not bank-issued

Each bank reports in its own format, with its own conventions. Independent consolidation harmonises classifications, currencies and performance methods.

Look-through across entities

Holdings, trusts, foundations, partnerships. Consolidation works through them, not on them, so the family sees the actual economic exposure.

Comparable across periods

Reporting is only useful if it is stable. We freeze methods and benchmarks, so trends are real and not artefacts of changed conventions.

A foundation for decisions, not a deliverable

Reporting feeds investment committees, family councils, and the dialogue with banks. It is a tool, not an end in itself.

Who we serve

Three profiles, one standard of attention.

Multi-bank households

Families with three or more banking relationships, often spread across several countries, where reconciliation eats the agenda.

Holding-structure families

Households whose wealth flows through several entities, where consolidation requires a look-through view, not a sum of statements.

Principals after a transaction

Owners post-exit or post-restructure, who suddenly need a coherent reporting baseline to govern the new wealth.

What we do

Disciplines most relevant to this work.

Reporting underpins investment strategy, governance and oversight. It is rarely a standalone engagement.

01

Investment Strategy

We develop both short- and long-term investment strategies based on your objectives, liquidity needs, and broader family capital structure. This includes working alongside your legal and tax advisors to ensure that investment decisions are aligned with your broader planning framework.

04

Family Governance

We support families and entrepreneurs in coordinating family daily affairs and in establishing clear, long-term governance frameworks.

03

Wealth Structuring

We help our clients organize their assets and entities for the long term with a focus on continuity, efficiency, and consistency across structures and jurisdictions.

02

Private Markets

We rigorously select private market opportunities, committing our own capital alongside our clients when appropriate. From due diligence to ongoing oversight, we remain fully engaged throughout the life of each investment.

Frequently asked

Questions families ask before engaging.

Do I need to move my assets?

No. Consolidation works with assets where they already are. We coordinate data feeds with each bank, in agreed format, with the proper authorisations.

How often is reporting produced?

Typically monthly, with on-demand views for specific decisions or committees. Frequency follows what the family actually uses, not a default cadence.

What about private market positions?

Private positions are integrated, with the appropriate valuation conventions and lag. The family sees the full picture, not just the liquid part.

Is the data confidential?

Strictly. Data is handled under formal confidentiality, with banking authorisations, and stored under controls aligned with Swiss data protection requirements.

Can I share the report with my lawyers or tax advisors?

Yes, when relevant. We design the reporting so it can serve as a shared reference across the family's specialists, in a coherent format.
