How is NESS different from a private bank?
A private bank holds your assets and offers its own products. NESS does not custody assets and does not sell products. We sit on your side of the table, select counterparties on merit, and consolidate visibility across all your banking relationships.
Is NESS regulated in Switzerland?
Yes. NESS FAMILY OFFICE is regulated by FINMA as a Swiss independent asset manager. We operate under the governance, capital and audit requirements that apply to licensed financial institutions in Switzerland.
Where are client assets held?
Assets remain deposited with leading international banks chosen with the client. NESS oversees these relationships, but never takes custody of client funds.
