Governance · Structuring
Simple frameworks, lasting effects.
Governance is the discipline that turns wealth into a coherent system. Family councils, decision rules, holding architecture. The most useful frameworks are rarely the most complex.
Our approach
How we work with families on this.
Map before you structure
We begin with the actual situation: entities, ownership, decision-makers, dependencies. Most clarity is gained in the mapping phase, before any structure is touched.
Write what needs to be written
A family charter, an investment policy, a delegation matrix. We help converge on the few documents that genuinely guide decisions, and avoid the rest.
Keep the structure adaptable
Marriages, separations, new branches, changes of residency. A governance framework that cannot evolve is a liability. We design for life as it actually unfolds.
Independent coordination
Founded in 2012 and regulated by FINMA. A senior team, a limited number of clients, true open architecture across leading international banks.
Who we serve
Three profiles, one standard of attention.
Families with multiple entities
Households whose wealth flows through several holdings, trusts or foundations across jurisdictions.
Operating-business families
Families with an active company at the core of their wealth, who need to separate operational governance from family governance.
Families preparing transition
Households where the next generation is approaching, and the absence of a written framework is starting to be felt.
What we do
Disciplines most relevant to this work.
Governance work is rarely standalone. It usually anchors structuring and succession.

We support families and entrepreneurs in coordinating family daily affairs and in establishing clear, long-term governance frameworks.
Wealth Structuring
We help our clients organize their assets and entities for the long term with a focus on continuity, efficiency, and consistency across structures and jurisdictions.
Philanthropy
We assist our clients in structuring and implementing their philanthropic initiatives, ensuring they remain aligned with their values and long-term vision, while working with trusted specialists to deliver clarity and lasting impact.
Investment Strategy
We develop both short- and long-term investment strategies based on your objectives, liquidity needs, and broader family capital structure. This includes working alongside your legal and tax advisors to ensure that investment decisions are aligned with your broader planning framework.

Frequently asked
Questions families ask before engaging.
What is family governance exactly?
It is the set of rules and forums through which a family takes shared decisions about its wealth. It typically includes a family council, written principles, and a clear separation between operational, investment and family matters.
Do small families need governance?
Any family with shared assets, several decision-makers, or a next generation benefits from a written framework. The format is lighter for smaller families, but the discipline is the same.
How long does a governance project take?
The mapping and design phase usually spans several months. Implementation and the rhythm of family councils then run over years. Governance is a practice, not a one-off deliverable.
Can governance reduce family conflict?
It will not eliminate disagreement, which is normal. It does turn disagreement into a process, with a forum, rules and a method to converge. That is most of what families need.
Do you involve external specialists?
Often. Lawyers for legal acts, mediators or coaches when relational dynamics warrant. We coordinate the team, the family does not assemble it alone.
