Real estate · International

International real estate, structured with the rest of the wealth in view.

Acquisitions, holding structures, financing, ongoing management. We work with trusted professionals across jurisdictions, and keep the property file aligned with the broader wealth picture.

Our approach

How we work with families on this.

Acquisition with eyes open

We bring discipline to the acquisition process: independent valuation review, financing structure, legal coordination, tax frame. The deal is only half the file.

Holding structure that fits

Direct ownership, holding company, trust, foundation. The right vehicle depends on the family's residence, succession plans and asset type. There is no template answer.

Ongoing management

Property managers, tenants, capex schedules, insurance, refinancing windows. We coordinate the file so the family is not the operator.

Coordinated with the rest of the wealth

Real estate is rarely the only asset class. We size it inside the overall allocation, manage liquidity implications, and integrate it in reporting.

Who we serve

Three profiles, one standard of attention.

Cross-border families

Households with real estate in two or more countries, where coordination across local advisors is the central challenge.

Relocating principals

Families settling in a new country, building the right residential and investment property footprint from scratch.

Trophy and legacy assets

Owners of estates, vineyards or chalets meant to remain in the family for generations, who need structuring built for the long term.

Frequently asked

Questions families ask before engaging.

Do you act as a real estate broker?

No. We work alongside brokers, notaries and local counsel. Our role is independent: structuring, financing, coordination and oversight, paid by the client, not by transactions.

How do you handle multi-jurisdiction ownership?

By assembling a trusted local team in each jurisdiction and acting as the central coordination point for the family, so the various files remain coherent.

Can you help with financing?

Yes. We negotiate financing terms with relationship banks, taking into account the broader banking relationship and the overall wealth structure.

What about legacy assets like estates or vineyards?

These require dedicated structuring, succession planning and operational governance. We treat them as long-horizon files, not as standalone transactions.

Do you assist with property management?

We coordinate or supervise property managers and ensure reporting reaches the family in a usable form. We do not replace specialist operators.
